  The only reason this is 2 stars is because the receptionist was very kind. I had an infection caused by a insect bite. The physician basically tried to gas light me by telling me insect bites rarely get infected so it was probably me leaning on my forearm too much. He looked at my infection and immediately without any provocation or permission just started squeezing it. It was ungodly painful. I also advised him prior that I had drained it 3 times already. He even commented that I had done well because there wasn't much in it. More of a reason he didn't need to put his hands on me. On his 4th or 5th squeeze he finally said if it gets too much let him know. I wouldn't have been so bothered if he had asked or even just explained what he wanted to do. I was a U.S. Army medic so I have some idea of medicine and medical professionalism, this guy had little to none. It was borderline battery.

  This is the best Immediate Care Center hands down! Wait time maybe 5 minutes! Checking in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The nurse was extremely kind and caring. The Doctor asked many questions about my condition and how long have I been sick. He was great. All together, this was the best Healthcare Experience I have had in many many years! Keep up that great work Immediate Care Center, Pelham

  Cannot say enough great things about our experience here. My daughter fractured her ankle at a volleyball tournament in Rock Hill and Immediate Care Center Pelham was the only facility able to see her on a Sunday afternoon plus have the equipment neccesary for an X-ray. Dr Leep and the nurses on staff were all efficient, thorough and helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. Really impressed with Dr Leep and his follow up ensuring we received the radiology results and connecting us with a great sports medicine doc. Overall the best experience we have ever had at an urgent care facility- awesome job!

  The entire staff was so kind and compassionate. The Patient Access Representative recognized my discomfort and only asked the necessary questions. She made sure that I was settled quickly. The Nurse was empathetic and made me feel seen and heard. The Physician was so experienced with my symptoms that he knew exactly how to treat me. Very appreciative of the medical professionals that we have at the immediate care center on Pelham Rd.

  Dr. Chad Leep was amazing. I saw him Saturday and had to go back Thursday and I got him both times. He went above and beyond to help me and get me seen by an ent asap. Truly can’t not thank him enough for his care and wisdom. He was quick and truly cared. Highly recommend this location. Was in and out quickly both visits. Everyone is so friendly.
