- AAAliNov 10, 20251.0Absolute nonsense. I came to Best Buy Greenville (Geek Squad) because AppleCare said they'd replace my cracked screen for $29. After waiting 40 minutes, they told me they can't fix it because "broken parts might fly around" what kind of excuse is that? Only the screen was cracked, yet they said I had to replace the whole phone. Total dishonest and the most ridiculous service l've ever experienced.

A female worker picks up and says “thank you for calling Best Buy.” I was doing something else as I waited so I needed to return to the phone quickly. She waited MAYBE 3 full seconds before just hanging up. In fact I just started to talk when she did it. Absolutely. Ridiculous. I am not going to sit here and rail the poor girl but it is extremely weak business practice on her part.
