Additionally, when Verizon did not have my account sorted out, Jenny took the time to talk with them on my behalf to get everything sorted out! She also ensured that my daughters had a way to contact me while my old phone was switching to the new phone! Her teammates were also very helpful with assisting in the fee speed bumps that we encountered! Jenny really does care about her customers and it is very evident! Thank you guys for everything!!!

At one point he was on the phone with Verizon customer service to help the other customer while switching back-and-forth between Spanish and English, simultaneously keeping my phone service update moving along. He was professional, polite, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and was very pleasant to work with. I’ve had great service both times I’ve visited this location inside the mall, so I highly recommend.
