I dealt with hell and back when purchasing a new cellphone due to asurion setting it up improperly. My phone then became locked and was reported as lost and stolen. I had been tossed around on the phone for hours with customer service trying to activate my cellphone that was now stuck in SOS mode due to the technician transferring the wrong number over . I then had to physically go INTO the store the next day and speak with someone; thank god we did because we met Jerard . He did everything he could to figure out AND resolve the issue in a timely manner. And he did! He got on the phone with customer service, cancelled everything and even actually upgraded me to a 17 at the same cost, waived the service fee and provided me with the proper accessories free of charge for the inconveniences we experienced. A technician like this is very hard to find ; words can’t explain how so beyond grateful I am . Thank you Jerard!
