Also call the store for assistance and the manager by the name of Mayor mocks you the phone and has a poor attitude and tone of voice.

Not only did they deny the issue, but they have no services to troubleshoot. As soon as they learned I wasn’t there to buy a new service or phone. They became extremely unhelpful.
