    An account representative here FRAUDULENTLY purchased a new phone and a SIM card on my account when I visited the store to purchase my phone. A representative here VIOLATED the trust of a customer. What's worse is that he also wreaked havoc on my account in his scheme to hide his purchases that I had to spend HOURS with corporate Verizon to fix the account. DON'T GO HERE!!!

    There is a very well documented issue with a specific iPhone model, which I got at the Verizon store. Not only did they deny the issue, but they have no services to troubleshoot. As soon as they learned I wasn’t there to buy a new service or phone. They became extremely unhelpful.

    I would rate this store a 0 if I could! DO NOT GO HERE! They have no clue what they are doing. They told us if we switched to them they would waive our $175 of activation fees. They quoted us a bill of $272 and told us it included Netflix, HBO Max, Disney. Hulu, the phone insurance, and full home device insurance. I kept asking questions because this did not sound right to me. I really did not want the home insurance. I said "If I cancel the $25 home insurance does that total come off the $272 we are quoted?" The salesman responded "Yes". So in an effort to keep the process moving I said fine. We were told we had to trade my daughter's phone since they were paying it off from our previous servicer. They said just bring it back within 30 days so you have time to transfer her stuff. A few days later it said our first bill would be almost $600 and draft on the 30th (we signed up on the 15th). We went back to the store on the 22nd to ask about our bill and turn in our daughter's phone. The salesman said you don't need to turn in her phone. We argued and said we were told we did have to because you all paid it off. He spoke with the manager, "Major". He confirmed that NO you do not need to turn it in. We asked several times and explained several times and they still would not take the phone as "you do not need to turn it in". Major told us he would try to fix our activation fees but could not waive the tablet activation as Verizon does not do that. I said "well you should probably tell your salesmen this before they promise it to a customer." He then said he would try. He then looked at our bill, because it still was way over what we were quoted. He even said he could not figure out why the first bill was so high except for the "features WE added". I explained the salesman told us all of that was included in our monthly quoted bill and I confirmed this with him MULTIPLE times before agreeing to anything. Then come to find out we also had 2 unlimited cloud storage features added to our account for $10 each as well. We did NOT consent nor know anything about that. He acted like it was no big deal as "it happens sometimes with phone set up " except WE are the ones paying the bill. Finally we left and Major assured us he would get this fixed and "that bill is only an estimate anyway" which was 100% NOT true. My fault for not following it but on the 30th the full bill was taken from my account. NO activation fees were corrected. When I contacted Verizon they told me they could only offer me HALF of the activation fees because there was "no note on our account". WE WERE AT THIS STORE TWICE DEALT WITH 3 PEOPLE AND NO ONE FIXED IT OR EVEN LEFT A NOTE ON OUR ACCOUNT". I told the customer service representative absolutely not as we were promised this TWICE. He then said he had to transfer me. He transferred me and after the next person reviewed the transcript she said she had to transfer me AGAIN. I then disconnected as I did not have the time to continue being transferred. My husband contacts them and is asked where the trade in phone is... I CANNOT make this crap up. So now the phone we desperately tried to get them to take that they refused is questioned. This is our FIRST time with Verizon and I am SO close to canceling it all and going back to our previous carrier even if it is more expensive. RUN far away from this store! Our salesman was absolutely awful and told us so many lies and incorrect things. I cannot remember his name but it was something like Kianou and he had ear or chin length braids. The manager. Major, should not be managing this store. He has absolutely ZERO clue what he is doing and will lie straight to your face.

    Everyone here was wonderfully courteous and professional and fully assisted me through a complicated issue that took much longer than I thought. Special thanks to Damien who went above and beyond! Will go here for all future Verizon needs. Thanks so much Congaree Team!
