The guy at the front was extremely passive aggressive, sarcastic and rude. He wouldn’t even tell us which Verizon store we had to drop the old iPad off to (which would have been help) because he was so busy being rude and explaining why this store couldn’t take it. I always say it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.
