    They pay no attention to customers, we had been waiting 20 minutes to get checked in. A new customer walks in and was checked in immediately so I approached the employee and told her that we had been waiting a while, she said she didnt see us, with only 4 customers in the store, I find that hard to believe but she didn't look very bright. I told her that I believed her and she snapped back that I was rude. Yes, a Verizon employee told me, the customer that I was rude. Even if I was, she doesn't have an opinion, just a job to do which she has already proven that she can't. The other customer was nice and told me to go ahead. The employee told me that they are short staffed, like its my problem. Employees dont need to express internal failures within a business. So, I walked out. I was prepared to spend good money on two new phones but now I will look elsewhere. The stupid employee would have been fired if I had anything to do with it. Its amazing how bad customers are treated here.

    We had amazing experience at this location. Judge has been helping us with upgrading our phones . He went above and beyond. Took a time to explain best options for us based on our needs. I’ve been with Verizon over 20 years and Judge is the best so far !!! He is absolutely fantastic!

    The customer service here was terrible. We wanted to trade in our current iPad since we got a new one. We were told to drop off the old iPad at a Verizon store. The guy at the front was extremely passive aggressive, sarcastic and rude. He wouldn’t even tell us which Verizon store we had to drop the old iPad off to (which would have been help) because he was so busy being rude and explaining why this store couldn’t take it. I always say it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.
