I will say that pre paid service has pros and cons. I control my spending, but when the notification to pay doesn't happen like clockwork, there are problems with finding a method to pay. It can be very inconvenient and annoying when Verizon doesn't send the notification in a timely manner. Other than that, speed, connectivity, and professionalism are second to none.

He offered both options of buying a wireless charger or going ahead and upgrading my phone. After discussing both options, I decided to upgrade. He went through every charge, credit, and discount slowly and throughly. I normally feel overwhelmed during these types of transactions, but Bernard was very patient and understanding. He recommended certain items or upgrades, but did not push me when I declined these extras. I didn’t feel that I was being upsold at all, but simply that he wanted to show me all of my options.
