  My experience with total wireless of woodruff road was a very great one . The new management is a very kind person Kunal and Flor are amazing. I am beyond impressed by his kindness calming me down after having a challenge time with total wireless customer service. Kumel and Flor resolved my problem with my phone activation rewards. Flor is a remarkable young lady and she is very professional. I upgraded my phone and got another phone for my second line. The ice on the cake was the internet bundle that came with my plan. I am done being ripped off by Charter communication. The plan includes internet, unlimited data and Disney plus which really helped us financially. I recommend this total wireless on woodruff road, it's really a 10/10. Thank you Manager Kumel and Flor. The new management changes my experience. I am so happy I didn’t quit total wireless.

  The store is now back open after being closed for a while and is under new management. The new owner was very helpful and clearly explained the different plans and offers available. I was also impressed with the selection of phones and accessories.

  Store is opened now. Seems like it was closed for a while but has been taken over by a new owner and he did an excellent job from describing the available plans and deals. Also loved the phones.
