    Mixed experience, some employees are nice and some aren’t, I went for a battery repair and to upgrade all my devices, first thing went well but when I wanted to ask to get the new devices they not even paid attention to my request, ended up leaving, not buying anything at this store in the future

    I would like to know why 1 person could not assist you from the time you select a phone to when you walk out with your new phone? As it was, the person helping me was called away to help others, was told to pick out a color and I stood waiting for him to come back, while setting up the phone the guy said if you have any questions Im right over here but he was busy helping other customers so again a long wait. Also, why doesn’t this Apple Store have an arrangement with Spectrum so a phone number can be transferred from the old to the new the way it does with Verizon and TMobile? The option was go to a Spectrum store or call which I did but the process was long and frustrating. All in all I spent 3 hours getting a new phone! The people who helped were all very kind but there needs to be more employees so the whole process can be streamlined!

    Took my phone for a battery replacement, checked in immediately upon walking in. Then got handed off to a tech expert at the Genius Bar and he checked everything in for me and gave me the estimated wait time prior to taking the phone in. When I went back, Liz helped me. My phone actually wasn’t working as anticipated, she’s the one who noticed. She took it back, spoke to the repair person and I’m assuming a lead/manager. She brought back a new phone for me to replace the one they messed up. Liz helped me change my SIM card, ensured all my stuff was restored and checked on everyone else at the same time. Jake also noticed I was waiting for the restore and took a minute to check on me. The whole team is great. Guy with longer dreads had great energy and it flowed through the team. Genuinely good experience although I was there for close to 2 hours.

    I didnt think I would ever give a 5 star review for this place. I have been in multiple times over the last couple months due to my son's screen being cracked. My son is special needs and uses this iPad to communicate with us. Without it he has no voice. So of course i need it fixed ASAP. The sales rep I got it from back in March or April sold me on apple care because I could have a broken screen resolved in one visit. That was a LIE. After desperately calling apple on Thursday bawling my eyes out because I had exhausted every route I could to try and get this screen replaced in one day the rep got me an appointment scheduled after finding out there were 3 other options I had at apple than what I was told before. Every time I went into Apple before today I was told my ONLY option to get sons device fixed was to ship it away for at least a week! Thats unacceptable when I was told something else when I purchased apple care months ago. Today Kyle actually helped! He used one of the other options I was given over the phone because he actually took the time to listen to me and my reasons for not being able to just ship the iPad away. Kyle expressed he understood the importance of my child needing his iPad, and made sure it was going to get fixed. Thank you Kyle for all the help and actually caring about my boy's voice! I hope its you I get to work with when we go back for the new one when it comes in!

    I got a notification from Password Manager that my bank password appeared on the Dark Web, within 24-48 hours of giving my phone for battery replacement at this Apple Store. Of course they denied accessing my personal data, when I confronted them about this. What a coincidence! YMMV. They were good about giving me a new iphone when they couldn’t successfully replace the battery.
