  The older Hispanic woman knows what she is doing. The younger Hispanic girl is extremely incompetent. She doesn't know what she is doing. She can't answer questions, is rude, speaks to fast, and constantly has to ask the other woman for help answering basic questions. Again extremely rude. Cricket should fire her immediately. 3/24/26 In response to the milquetoast automated answer. Have an actual manager come in there and administer training that level of unprofessionalism should not be allowed in any business.

  I woke up today with no internet service on my phone. I called customer service, they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I called Cricket at White Horse Rd Greenville SC and Lali Sotelo was very rude; she refused to give me any information and said I had to go to the store. So I told her that if customer service didn't answer me and they hung up on me and I didn't have service, then I had to switch companies, and he said yes, I should switch, that's not good for a company. I have been a customer for over three years, I have never had a problem with the company, but the service was very unpleasant the first time I called.
