  I purchased a laptop from Best Buy recently. I was was totally impressed with the excellence of service. This was from the polite, helpful, knowledgeable sales associate to the Geek Squad setup technican who was so thorough and professional. An outstanding enjoyable experience! Tom Milford

  I've always received great service and great prices at Best Buy stores throughout America. This store seems like they care about the customer experience.

  UPDATE - Literally all of this company's "customer service" is AI. They make you message them on Facebook to discuss any issues you may have and it's literally just a chat bot like their phone system. If you want to save yourself some brain cells being burned just buy whatever you need from here on Amazon and keep it moving. This is the most useless store in Greenville. If you want to check product availability you can’t talk to an actual employee, just an AI. The AI will then tell you to use their website. I wanted a game system today, checked the site, then when I showed up they didn’t have the product. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told by a guy in a black hat and glasses at the front that “it wouldn’t matter if I talked to them, it was a flawed system and nothing would change”. I will never in my life go back. Useless store in every capacity.

  This is really a review of Geek Squad not so much the store . As far as my in store purchase went , no complaints . My sales person had lots of info, answered my questions and gave recommendations. However that’s the end of the good part . Geek Squad came to hang my 2 new TV’s . Made errors on both and I now have extra holes in 2 walls in different rooms. Worst part is the installer apologized and told me that Best Buy would contact me within a few hours to begin the process of fixing my walls. Quite the opposite happened. Installers left and I never heard from Best Buy or the installer again. The installer even offered to come back on his own time w material and fix it, that’s how bad this was. Geek Squad ghosted me .
