I’ve had to call Verizon customer service both times to have it corrected. The monthly charges they quote are less then what is actually charged once you get billed.

I had to call Verizon corporate twice, and they had to threaten breach of contract to get the order fulfilled. When I went to pick them up, the salesman purposely took his sweet time to activate the phones. He held me hostage with my current phone deactivated for over an hour. Thank goodness I have Comcast’s wifi to entertain myself. I would highly not recommend you spend any money here. They wanted me to cancel my order and come in to them and order from them
