  Location was used to stage a botched hate crime while no witnesses were in the store. Doors were locked until the customer arrived with the Verizon Marquee covered. Where is the footage from inside the store or the parking lot???? False news articles and statements were given by Verizon employees that have no correlation to what happened on that day. A cover up of the situation is still ongoing.

  Rylan at this verizon store is honestly next level. he knows everything about phones, plans, and all the current promos. he walked me through everything super clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure i got exactly what i needed. What blew me away was how tech-savvy he is. he caught things i didn’t even think about, explained features i didn’t know existed, and made sure i was getting the absolute best value. on top of that, he’s patient, friendly, and just makes the whole process easy and stress-free. If you’re going to this store, ask for rylan. seriously, you won’t regret it

  My initial experience wasn't great. I was quietly greeted by a young female who was less than enthusiastic to help me. My phone was stolen the night before, so I needed help locking and factory resetting it from another device. I also needed to purchase a new phone. My options were not presented to me. I was told my photos, texts, and apps would likely transfer as long as they were backed up to my Google account. I expressed the importance of my text messages getting transferred, as my father had passed away recently. When nothing transferred over and I broke down in tears, she asked me for my phone again, clicked some buttons and retrieved most of my photos. Still no luck with my texts. In an effort to not break down further, I excused myself outside. Another employee, Luke, was getting some fresh air. I introduced myself and asked him to further assist me. He sat with me for close to an hour, working on my new phone, respectfully consoling me and apologizing for the rushed sale earlier. (The female employee's shift had ended just after she swiped my debit card). Luke factory reset my new phone, un-doing everything the young lady did. He then "custom" transferred everything as opposed to "express" transferring. He was able to retrieve all texts (including the thread between my father and I) as well as photos and apps, as promised. Luke's compassion, patience, and heart turned this experience from a 1 star, to 5. He made my entire day by dedicating himself to fixing the problem, ensuring customer satisfaction. He is a wonderful asset to the team and I am eternally grateful for him. Thank you again Luke.
