From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, courteous, and patient. Even though the store was very busy and she works on commission, you’d never know it — she never rushed us or made us feel like just another sale. My family and I were upgrading four phones (which is no small task), and Alaiya took the time to walk us through everything step by step. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Her friendly, down-to-earth personality is something you don’t come across often — I’ve truly never met anyone like her in a retail setting. She genuinely cared about helping us and it showed. Verizon would be absolutely crazy to ever let someone like her walk out the door . She’s a huge asset to that store and to the company as a whole. Also want to give a quick shoutout to Adam — although he wasn’t working directly with us, we could see he was helping others with the same level of professionalism and friendliness.
