Upon reviewing my account, Morgan was also able to show me how I could reduce my monthly bill by approximately $25 per month, get Verizon to pay off the balance owed on an existing phone, and receive a new iPhone 17 at no cost. He was patient, professional, easy to understand, but most importantly, didn't pressure me into anything. Outstanding customer service, he is most highly recommended, Thank You Morgan!
- EBElizabeth BiddySep 7, 20251.0BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. I was assured multiple times of what my bill would be after we upgraded our phones and nothing was what was told to me. They completely changed everyone in my family’s plan even though I was told that would not happen. Everyone’s bills went up. We went to a different Verizon store to help rectify the situation and they said this branch is a special type of Verizon store (authorized retailer) and it was out of their hands. But they admitted the things we were told here were straight up lies. They found paperwork where “I signed and agreed” and it WAS NOT MY SIGNATURE. They forged it! We have LEFT Verizon all together because of how we were taken advantage of here. I implore you to go elsewhere and save yourself the massive headache.
