The person I spoke to was either unwilling/unable to elaborate and just had a sour disposition in general. What they couldn’t do in store was easily fixed after calling Verizon customer service. The ineptitude of the man I spoke to led to my order being pushed back for a few days and a wasted 4 hours, all because they were unwilling to look into the problem/order further
