- BBBrandonAug 23, 20252.0Drove two hours to pick up home internet equipment, only to be told that it’s not offered/ not possible for my location (it is) and to be accused of fraud. The person I spoke to was either unwilling/unable to elaborate and just had a sour disposition in general. What they couldn’t do in store was easily fixed after calling Verizon customer service. The ineptitude of the man I spoke to led to my order being pushed back for a few days and a wasted 4 hours, all because they were unwilling to look into the problem/order further
