    I pulled up a photo recovery app and it requested to open two more apps and that caused a total difference in operation of phone.It did not function as before,I was unable to fully operate it.I took it to Verizon and show the rep the problem and within 5 minutes,it was as it was before.I thank him and I was gone.

    Be carful here. I was offered a promotion incorrectly in the store to be told after signing a supposed contract that my wife’s phone could be simply moved and paid off. Well almost a year later her phone hasn’t even been ported from the other carrier and all the “promises” weren’t fulfilled. I have been to the store 3x and spent hours on the phone with corporate after the store wouldn’t help and could never get a simple port to work. Needless to say this was a bad idea to switch from spectrum.

    There were a lot of things that happened that I didn't like. From being misinformed to them deleting my sons phone and putting his number on my new phone and deleting my number when all they were supposed to do was upgrade my phone. Anyway it would have been 0 stars if not for an amazing worker named Linwood M who came in like a Rockstar to save the day. He deserves 10 out of 10 and a raise! I mean a big one. He cleaned up the other workers mistake in less time than it took for him to mess it up! I was upset and he never raised his voice or acted out of character. Linwood stayed professional the entire time. I've been in the store and seen him interacting with others and this man is always nice, helpful, and respectful to all customers. I am so serious when I say please show Linwood that you appreciate his hard work in a meaningful way. He is one of your biggest assets.

    Been a customer for 15 years. Wanted to get a quote on a new phone. They don't sell Motorola Phones. They only sell Apple, Google and Samsung at the store. Talked to a CSR about the Google 10plus. He told me I needed to change service plan added insurance on both phones. Use Verizon as my ISP. All in all my bill when from $xxx to over $250 for two and Internet. And that is with my military discount. Walked out of Verizon a very unhappy customer. Time to regroup.
