  Agent Weston provided above and beyond service to my PC which had died very suddenly, with amazing turnaround time for re-seating and replacing basically the entire thing + copying my data from dead drives. if i need something fixed i know where i'm going :)

  I've had 2 installations in the last 6 months a stove and today a dishwasher, both times was excellent service. I'll only buy appliances from Best Buy with their installation service

  I only gave it one star because I can't give it 0. This is the least helpful geek squad group I've ever met. I came to ask simply if they could help with a couple of sticky keys on my keyboard and was basically told 'go do it yourself'. It's always like this when I try to use them so I'm officially done trying to give them the benefit of a doubt.
