Anyone who upgrades their phone at a local store knows that it always takes longer than you anticipate. Jay made the time go by very quickly and we appreciated talking with him.
- TNtroy nealJan 30, 20261.0Brought my Mom to the store,just to exchange a phone.No meet and greet or itās going to be a while.We got here at 2:30 and it is now 5:35 and still havenāt been seen or greeted.They only have one staff working and if your wondering,yes I was going to leave a long time ago,My Mom called another store and they said everything was already set for here.I had to walk to Ingles to use the restroom cause the staff said it wasnāt safe to use thereās.We will most likely be here till they close.You spend all this money on these phones and bills and get treated like crap when you come to the stores.I donāt recommend this location
