- CBCordell BrownNov 13, 20211.0If they assist you and need more information instead of scheduling you immediately they push you off for a week. They won't bend at all even the management team. I will never use again. I almost canceled my BestBuy membership because of my experience with them. We have spent 3 weeks trying to get a phone fix and they needed the apple ID and pushed us off another week instead of us going home retrieving the information and coming back. I have never seen such. Keep in mind this is just to drop off. We understand it would take a process to be fixed. Tmobile phone insurance sends you to them and I think I will switch carriers for my 6 lines if this is what I will have to deal with.
