I am currently on my second Nokia 3.1 Plus, and my daughter has recently switched to the iPhone 6s. The Nokia 3.1 Plus will charge, even with a new charger from the Cricket wireless store, both phones would not charge. And telling me that it is a manufacturers defect and to connect the manufacturer does not change the fact that I have spent in total almost $600 for 4 phones. If there is recall on these phones, let the customers know. And if you do find that there is a recall, then I will want a full refund of all monies spent thus far.
