We wanted to keep our same numbers from another carrier and she helped us all the way through with it. She is very patient and gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced! My mom was also very satisfied with how easy Mrs.Hilda made the whole process. She was very great at communicating with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also makes it very easy for non-english speakers to get a full understanding of the services Cricket provides. Will definitely be recommending to other people.
