  On yesterday I had the privilege of being helped by Thomas. This young man went above and beyond to help me, my daughter and my mother. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and his customer service was exceptional. I would recommend going to this Cricket store location if you are interested in a good phone at a good price. Thomas deserves a raise and keep up the good work. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

  My visit at the Cricket store on Broad River, Rd was very very very awesome then it has been in since the 2 years it been there! The new Manager Ms. Chyna is a Must keep, This young lady met all my needs and got me everything I need for 4 lines. I went into the store to see the new changes that was me because when I looked in the window it did not look the same like it did before. When I walked in the store Ms. Chyna greeted me with the best welcome to Cricket greeting that I have not heard in any other store. She ask how can she help me today and I begin to tell her that I was only coming in to see the new changes of the store, she then proceeded to ask me who did I have service with I told her I had T-Mobile and was paying entirely too much. She then said to me what if I can lower your bill get you four lines and you pay cheaper than what you’re paying Tmobile, I replied if you can get my bill lower than what I’m saying I definitely will switch over today. Guess what she did just what she said she was going to do she got me on an unlimited plan four lines for $100 I did not know anything about the ACP program but Ms. Chyna talk about and explain what it was I got approved for it and I am very happen with my service and Free MOTO pure phone. If you are reading this post please stop by This Cricket Wireless and See Ms. Chyna and let her lower your Bill today. I’m telling you you will not regret it that you switched over to Cricket.

  Drive 24 miles to shop this store... get there at 10:30ish... doors are locked. Lights off. Maybe a Lunch break - 30 minutes after you are suppose to be open? Really.
