    They love to bait and switch here on car audio. Came in for an install. Drove an HOUR because they were the only ones able apparently. I bought a $250 radio online, put in my year make and model and best buy loaded up all of the install accessories needed to do the install. All in all it ran me $350. Then I show up for the install and am told it'll be another $272. Why? Because im missing two peices of the install. Why werent these added when I bought the radio? Because they want to force you into the purchase when you show up, afraid you wont be able to get your new radio. I had no problem canceling my entire order. Not putting up with that nonsense. After hunting online, I can get the entire install kit for $250 and do it myself. I'll save myself almost $200. Its one thing to be upfront about the cost. I may have bit the bullet anyways. But to pull that nonsense after I drove an hour? I should also bill them for ny gas and wasting my time.

    I went to pick up an order placed online and most of the staff did not appear happy or helpful. There wasn't anyone at the pick up window. I was directed to the employees behind the desk at the immediate right when facing the door. The female who helped me only asked "did you get an email?" Then told me she needed to see the barcode. Another female then approached her telling her about some training she needed to take along with a break. She also didn't speak to me. In my opinion, it would have been more professional to acknowledge me with a smile and hello, at minimum, and then wait until our transaction was over to engage in conversations with her. The employee didn't look at me nor say anything to me when handing me my item. She proceeded to sit back down and look at her phone. Customer service was a 0. The only reason I gave this visit more than 1 star is because they were the only store with the item I needed with the cheapest price.

    My daughter made an appointment with the Geek Squad with regards to her new iPhone not charging. They said the would order part and do work under warranty. Took about 8 days for part to arrive at Best Buy. They call me and leave a message that she needs to make an appointment to get the work done and work has to be completed by the 8th or they will return the part. I am across the country and cannot get in touch with anyone at the store with their AI phone service. I just want to talk to the Geek Squad to make an appointment. Very disappointed.

    Today's visit to the Harbison Best Buy was extremely disappointing. We came in on a snowy day to replace our ZAG screen protectors. When we bought our family cell phones (Apple and Samsung) and screen protectors, I paid for the service to have the screen protectors put on by Best Buy staff. The terms of the service would include putting on screen protectors in the future for the products bought that day. Today, when my screen protector needed to be replaced, the Best Buy manager told me I would have to pay for the service again because Best Buy recently changed their policy. I don't understand how you can change a service policy associated with a product if the customer still has the product. It's like canceling a warranty, before the warranty expires. If brick and mortar stores want to keep customers coming in, an important element is providing service - especially one for which the customer paid.

    Brought my laptop AND a brand new battery to this best buy a few months ago. All i needed was the old battery taken out and the new one put in. After I gave my laptop to the worker, he didn’t have me sign any papers or anything and even after I asked him multiple times if he was 100% sure he didn’t need me to sign anything, he told me i could leave. I asked him if i could just stay and wait in the lobby since a battery change wouldn’t take that long but he told me to leave and come back in a few days. A week went by with no word and I got really suspicious because my work order never got a tracking number. Went back to the best buy and as it turned out, my laptop sat for A WEEK with no work being done to it. The guy who helped apologized and said they would change the battery right then and there. He was very nice and personable and even comped the cost of the repair. However after that i was still having issues with my battery so I took it to a friend who is a doctorate student in computer engineering. Turns out, they never took the bad battery out of my laptop, and gave me the brand new one saying that they changed it. When my friend opened up my computer, he said that essentially, they took the old battery out, punctured one of the cells, and then screwed it back in so tightly the screw holes on the battery cracked. They didn’t clean the dust out of the inside either. My laptop unfortunately left in worse condition than it went in and I had no clue. I threw the brand new battery away because they told me it was the old one, and my laptop is still broken. I am disappointed.
