Went in looking to purchase an item there was someone near the entrance asked if I needed help. Told him what I needed he actually walked me to where the item was. Great customer service. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable

It was okay,. They seem to carry less than used to. The staff was very helpful, even though they were busy. Prices are the same, the biggest advantage is getting it, and the staff, give best advice that they can.

Absolutely appaliimgly shabby & dishonorable treatment. It’a hard to believe that Apple let’s these lackluster jokers represent them. We arrived before our appointment. The concierge received people who arrived after us. We got seated about 5 min after our appointment time—no big problem. But then we waited for 50 minutes (no exaggeration!) while completely ignored. Other people got served. At about 40 minutes I asked the concierge if they even had an Apple genius in the store. He exclaimed, “You haven’t been served?! (This though most oc the time he’d been standing 5 feet behind us). I’m supposed to help you. I’ll be right back!” He then ran into the back and did not come back out. At the strike of 50 minutes we exited. Total failure of service and a waste of our time & gas. my, how the COLA area needs an Apple Store!

Waited for 30 min in the appliance dept for nobody to help me buy a new range, asked two other employees if anyone was working in appliances and they shrugged their shoulders and walked away.
