  Mrs.Hilda is absolutely one of the best! She was very helpful with helping us connect our phones with Cricket. We wanted to keep our same numbers from another carrier and she helped us all the way through with it. She is very patient and gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced! My mom was also very satisfied with how easy Mrs.Hilda made the whole process. She was very great at communicating with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also makes it very easy for non-english speakers to get a full understanding of the services Cricket provides. Will definitely be recommending to other people.

  First I want to say Jasmine was extraordinary she helped me understand everything she took her time she was courteous she explained herself verbally very good to where I understood everything and because of her knowledge of everything that we did Jasmine also went above and beyond to help me so yes I would definitely recommend cricket at 2000 Clemson road Columbia South Carolina
