- CCCJ6 days ago1.0So much for being a total tech member and spending 5k plus a year. Went in for an exchange of my recently bought meta glasses. I was told I will have some one assist me shortly. Waited for 30 minutes no one approached me and left. This is not the first time this happens. Im very reasonable and patient but not one person approached me to say ill be with you shortly.

Called listed number but, was unable to get the useless AI assistance to transfer me to the front desk. After 10 min was able to get a passing employee to page someone to computer section. Asked him to pull the computer I wanted to buy from the cage and it was out of stock, display model was the only one in stock. Still spent $350 on the other stuff I wanted but headed to staples or target to buy a computer and hopefully encounter some customer service.
