    I want to thank Morgan for the help with moving information from one phone to another. He was patient and knowledgeable. Morgan gave great customer service and he took his time explaining everything to me.

    Horrible experience!! Horrible store will not be back. Went in to see if I needed to add a travel plan on my phone for my Canada trip next week. Saw there was a bunch of people just sitting around with one rep. I asked if they had a bathroom the rep said not a public one so I’m like I have Verizon (whole time I never mentioned my travel plan bc clearly it’s not my turn yet and I don’t have to tell you anything if you are not servicing me yet) the rep lets me use the restroom and some big bald customer proceeds to interrupt the rep telling me to be glad he’s giving me something and be quiet and I’m not suppose to be there anyways and I just needed to use the restroom. I had to cuss him out and leave!!! Like my phone bill with VERIZON is not 3-400 month!! Treat all your customers the same!!!! It don’t matter if I came in to ask why my phone keeps going black or how much will it be for an upgrade I am a paying Verizon customer !!!!!

    I was charged $106.98 without explanation at this Verizon retailer Victra store in Lake Wylie, by sales rep Dukens. I only signed and was given receipts for other disclosed charges. I would have given Dukens the benefit of the doubt to explain, but never had the opportunity. When I returned to ask about the extra charge, I got conflicting explanations by other sales reps. First, it was a second month, then it turned out to be setup fees that were never disclosed- that I would have never agreed to. Manager Sabi was shockingly unprofessional—she avoided calling me, then accused me of trying to get something for free when I raised the issue in person. According to Sabi, her manager, Jason Barns wouldn’t be interested in talking to me either. I reached out to the number Sabi provided for Jason Barns, but never heard from him either. No accountability. Instead other sales reps and Manager Sabi told me to dispute the undisclosed and unsigned charges with my credit card. The store is welcome to make this right, they have all the information to do so. After my upsetting experience, I’d urge you to avoid this retailer. Drive to a Verizon-owned location instead.
