Store manager, associate, or business manager have no accountability for their actions or discourse. They threaten you with restocking fees and other non sense when they have done incorrect things to your account. This stores management needs to be investigated and held accountable for their interactions with clients. I have several recordings of store representative arguing and being disgruntle with me throughout this transaction. I’m beyond disappointed with Verizon!

We had to wait a bit before getting helped but when we did get waited on, we received the best customer service we have seen in a long time. Brandon was super. Met our needs most graciously and helped both of us to get new iPhones. The battery on my phone was dead so it took some extra effort to load data from my dead phone. It would have been disastrous if I hadn’t loaded the latest update 2 days prior which had automatically loaded to the Cloud. So big thank you to Brandon at Lake Wylie Verizon store!!!
