I had to go to a Verizon store because my phone died and it was 3 days before Christmas. Got there at 5:30. We had to wait a bit before getting helped but when we did get waited on, we received the best customer service we have seen in a long time. Brandon was super. Met our needs most graciously and helped both of us to get new iPhones. The battery on my phone was dead so it took some extra effort to load data from my dead phone. It would have been disastrous if I hadn’t loaded the latest update 2 days prior which had automatically loaded to the Cloud. So big thank you to Brandon at Lake Wylie Verizon store!!!

Brandon at the Lake Wylie/Clover SC store was so very very patience and helpful trying to dissolve a billing problem that went unresolved. He needs to be commended in his attempt to remedy the situation. Problem is still not resolved and I’ll give till Monday to be fixed or buh bye!

Horrible experience!! Horrible store will not be back. Went in to see if I needed to add a travel plan on my phone for my Canada trip next week. Saw there was a bunch of people just sitting around with one rep. I asked if they had a bathroom the rep said not a public one so I’m like I have Verizon (whole time I never mentioned my travel plan bc clearly it’s not my turn yet and I don’t have to tell you anything if you are not servicing me yet) the rep lets me use the restroom and some big bald customer proceeds to interrupt the rep telling me to be glad he’s giving me something and be quiet and I’m not suppose to be there anyways and I just needed to use the restroom. I had to cuss him out and leave!!! Like my phone bill with VERIZON is not 3-400 month!! Treat all your customers the same!!!! It don’t matter if I came in to ask why my phone keeps going black or how much will it be for an upgrade I am a paying Verizon customer !!!!!
