They have taken wonderful care for each one of our dogs since they were pups. When our late dog Ruckus had a terrible accident - he visited Charles Towne Vet everyday for a few weeks to have his bandages changed and they loved and cared for him so well. We are lucky to have an amazing group care for our family pets.

Ali, Jason, and Heather at the front desk are always so kind, patient, and welcoming — they truly set the tone the moment you walk in. Manager Tara runs such a thoughtful, compassionate practice, and she spent so much time with me on the phone helping me through a situation with my cat. Dr. Fortney has been taking care of my cats for years, and I trust her completely. She is gentle, thorough, and so genuinely caring! You can tell she really loves what she does and treats every animal like her own. This team always goes the extra mile, whether it’s answering nervous questions, following up to check on my cats, or just taking the time to make sure everyone (human and feline) feels comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my pets are cared for with so much heart. I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else.
