It is well staffed and super convenient, with phones in stock. Jon A is an excellent sales rep, he handled everything, answered all our questions. After 90 min, I walked out with data transfer, a new phone, and a plan for the next phone - delighted.

Austin (with hair) came right up and was so helpful and knowledgeable! He totally took the stress out of getting a phone and actually made it fun and exciting! I walked out with a new phone with everything transferred from my old phone ……and it was seamless! I highly recommend this James Island location and Austin!!! :)
