I don't write reviews often so it should speak volumes to have a repeat 5-star experience. Sheila is the absolute best. She helped me on a device upgrade about 2 years ago and when it was time to upgrade again I texted her immediately to set up a time to come in the store this past weekend. I was in and out in under an hour with my new device. All data and settings restored. Monthly bill stayed the same. Sheila is consistently recognized by the company as a top performer and receives many accolades and awards for her commitment to customer service and satisfaction and it's very clear why. If you need a new device you have to see Sheila!!

I couldn't get questions answered, the associate was distracted and not listening well. I went to the James Island store and was greeted by Mark and had the total opposite experience. Efficient, explained everything well and was in and out with a new phone.
