    Very disappointed with the customer service from the gentleman checking people in (older, with tattoos on his arms). We had questions about our bill and were also looking to upgrade our phones. Instead of helping, he immediately told us to “just do it on the mobile app.” When I asked him to show me how, he couldn’t figure it out and then told us to call the customer service number instead. I asked if someone in the store could assist, and he said “sure, absolutely,” but then repeated that we could simply call the number ourselves. We understand some things can be done online, but at least make an effort—especially when we’re asking questions about upgrades. He assumed we wanted the basic iPhone models (which they don’t even carry in-store) instead of asking whether we were interested in the Pro models. Overall, he seemed completely uninterested in helping.

    First and foremost if you are planning to switch from att to Verizon don’t. This has been two weeks from hell trying to get my service switched over. I went a few days ago to get my line switched and the guy in the store did absolutely nothing. I have been on and off the phone with Verizon and we are still going in circles. Today I walk in trying to be positive and the gentleman I spoke with has zero customer service skills, he clearly didn’t want to help me since I wasn’t in there to buy something. I explained to him what was going on and he says I’m not a magician I can’t magically make your phone work…after dealing with this for several days now going on weeks that’s the last thing I wanted to hear. I run my business off my phone and still cannot receive calls. I’m still sitting here without a working phone and questioning just going back to att. I understand things can be difficult but the experiences I have had at this store have been horrible. Don’t waste your time going to this store for anything, once they sell you something they will not want to help you and will be disrespectful!

    I went into the verizon store just Monday. I ask about a tablet with built in wifi. The guy said they have to order them . I said fine can I purchase it . He said yes and told me if I order it and pay for it there they'd ship it to my house by Wednesday. So I paid for the tablet and waited at my house all day Wednesday. An email popped up on my phone saying " sorry we missed you

    I have been in this office of Verizon 2 times and both times I was fully satisfied with the assistance kindly provided by Amanda! She is the best - full of knowledge, competent and kind! Definitely will come again whenever I have issues with the Verizon.

    Had to wait for turn in queue, but 3 customers after me were handled as soon as they walked in, waited 30 minutes before I gave up. Essentially phone died, needed to purchase a new one asap, found this store location had the model I wanted, went to store and was asked to wait in queue. No issue with the concept. Issue was during my 30 minute wait, 3 separate customers that came into the store after me were all immediately assisted without being put into the queue. I'm buying my new phone online, I don't know why I thought phone stores weren't just like car dealerships, in-store isn't worth the "queue".
