    I just wanted to send some positive feedback for my walk in experience a few days ago. I came in late on a Thursday. Maybe 630. My phone was in bad shape and ready to die any minute. When I walked in there were no customers and I was greeted immediately by Jamar. I explained I was looking for a new phone to replace my existing device and he got right to work setting me up with a new phone. There was another customer who came in who was upset about a phone he bought at another store (not Verizon) and I feel like I understood what the store employees were explaining to this gentleman who was clearly upset. While all of that was happening I noticed the employees were very patient with the gentleman (who did end up leaving upset -although I think he may have set himself up for failure by purchasing a faulty device from another company but expecting Verizon to fix the device) During this time, Jamar continued to set up my phone and directed me through the instructions explaining what part I had to take care of from home and making sure I understood what I was getting that day and how to set up my device. The whole time he was calm and cool. While I may have shown up at the end of the day when the shift is ending and our minds start to check out - Jamar locked in and got me out of there before the store closed. Thanks for all the help!

    The 1 star reviews for this store on Sam Rittenberg are accurate. I had a nightmare experience with this location trying to get a new phone. Long story short I dealt with some blonde girl who kept talking about how attractive she is, and how people are jealous of that, and how she “hits all of her numbers”. Lots of inappropriate conversations between store associates while the store was filled with customers. Very obvious that the only thing cared about here is sales commissions. And heaven forbid you go in there with a problem that doesn’t involve purchasing a new phone because they will look at you like you have 3 heads and scoff the entire time they are “helping”.

    Asked for bathroom code and the guy in the grey (looked like manager) never gave it to me and ignored me. Was going to buy a new iPhone but didn’t want one after that.

    It was horrible. Bought a new phone but they were not helpful. Very rushed. They really were not nice. i’m handicapped but they made me chase after them even though i had an appointment. Irritable about questions. Will only buy from Apple in the future. i’m still not able to get texts from Verizon. Don’t go here!
