What seemed like a frustrating tech challenge became a total game-changer thanks to her expertise. Vivian was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful.   Called them 2 times. Never reached an agent that was in the United States. The 1st person I spoke with put me on hold and never came back. The 2nd person was of no help and told me I needed to call the HP computer company.

  Worst experience in my life. I would give 0 stars if possible. I sent in my camera to get it fixed early December. No updates on the tracking number for over two weeks. I finally call 6 weeks after sending it in and they tell me that they are just waiting for approval for an ridiculous high amount. I canceled and it took another 3 weeks, 4 calls and two trips to get it finally back. Guess what, the body was damaged and all I received was a refund of the shipping cost. I should have gone with canon right away. Never, ever again!!!
