I got it back with a bunch of random applications installed, the protective plastic ripped off that I've purposely kept on, and it updated to windows 11. I tried windows 11 before and hated it horribly. I have no way to return it to windows 10 and purposely kept it on windows 10. They did everything without permission. Don't bother calling them because you won't get a person in North America Update: a few days after trying my computer out, the problem isn't even fixed. They also talked my mother into spending an extra 50 bucks on a cooling pad claiming that was the problem. I'm now down 250 dollars and a still broken computer.
