    Came for lunch on a Wednesday. You have to order online. Not enough staff. Only one person making orders. Turned a quick lunch into a 25 minute wait for food. Not sure if they do this all the time, but I won’t be back to find out.

    We got in and out . Looking for an unlocked phone for this visit. My step dad was happy that they had a wheelchair, he was using a walker to come into the store.

    If the AT&T reps they have working in the front there do not stop jumping me as soon as I walk in the door I’m going to snap. I tell them no and they keep on with the high pressure sales tactics. Best Buy better stop this nonsense before someone gets tired of it.

    I purchased a tv in the beginning of January and set up delivery and installation a couple of weeks later. The day of the delivery I received confirmation of the delivery and the time. Shortly thereafter I received an email stating the the delivery was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. I inquired about the cancellation and was told that the driver did not pick up the tv from the store. The only appointment was for the following week which I begrudgingly booked. I received confirmation of the delivery and waited during the given window 3-7pm. 6:30pm rolls around and still no delivery. I contacted them and was assured of the delivery. The delivery never came that day and the rep was dumbfounded that they didn’t show up. I reached out to corporate who responded swiftly to my email. They assured me that they would look into the matter. I was told that Best Buy does not compensate the consumer in cases like this. What a joke. Best Buy only cares about the profit not the customer. The third scheduled appointment was for the following week and surprisingly the tv was delivered and installed. You need to do better Best Buy. You have lost a long time customer. It’s sad that $$ is the number one priority.
