The staff are very friendly and have been helpful. But be prepared to wait well over an hour after your scheduled appointment time to even see someone. This location overbooks their schedule like crazy every day, and every time that I’ve had to come here for an appointment, it’s usually a 2+ hour ordeal.

I had a pickup order and wanted to upgrade my phone and watch in the same visit. It was a very busy Friday afternoon but I felt well cared for my entire visit from 5 different team members. The pickup order and new watch were super quick and I could have been in and out of there had I backed up my phone. However, I was there for almost 3 hours as my old phone was having a slow time doing an iCloud backup or phone to phone transfer. They finally got me hooked up to Ethernet to make it go faster and that did the trick. That was my mistake, but team members were always checking on me to see how my progress was going and multitasking to help a number of people.
Pro tip: if you are even thinking about getting a new phone make sure you run and complete at least a full iCloud backup before you even leave the house. Otherwise you could be there for hours.

Went to get my battery replaced - dropped it off and when I came back after 3 hours to pick it up, was told they couldn’t replace it because of water damage. That part was fine - but the guy said he wasn’t sure if the phone was still working after they took it apart and back together and if it wasn’t, not their problem since I signed stuff before. Also said it was my fault for not telling them if the phone had been exposed to water when THEY were the ones who forgot to ask. Extremely stupid policy that clearly doesn’t put the customer first.

Hoy me paso algo muy inesperado mi gente la verda no soy de los que publican cosas pero hoy era un dia muy chimba para mi lave mi carro le pinte los rines a el carro de la mujer . Y dije me voy para la tienda app por que la mujer y la hija quieren los ariculares hace días fuy con ellas pero no se por que mi tarjeta ese dia no paso el pago ese dia no tenía la tarjeta ficico y ya me llegó y hoy me voy contento a comprar los 2 audífonos dejo el carro en el parqueadero me voy rápido por que solo pague 30 minutos de parqueadero yo iva alone iva compra y me voy y resulta que entrando un señor Moreno alto me freno arrogante solo le dije hey amigo ablas espanis dijo no . Puse el traductor y dijo solo escriba lo que necesitas y ya le dije amigo vengo a comprar unos audífonos me puedes llevar me dijo que no entonces le escribí amigo tu no quieres vender entonces le puedes decir a otro por favor que me atiendas gracias y se fue y no se que dijo y yo esperando que vinieran a atenderme resulta y pasa que vino y me saco de la tienda como decimos en mi país como un Perro disculpe la palabra me dejó dececcionado esa tienda la verda la otra ves que vine con mi mujer y mi hija nos atendio una muchacha muy hamable ! Pero hoy me voy con enojó de esa tienda !
