  Bait and switch…bought a pair of AirPods online for store pickup and had the option to trade in my existing AirPods for a pre-determined price based on a select set of criteria. The AirPods that I was to trade in worked great and met all of the specified criteria. The young clerk said, “wow man, I can only give you $ b/c I would say they are in fair condition.” There was a dirt mark on the case that I didn’t see that I could have wiped off but he said, I still can only give you $…the manager had to come over and take the trade in off and he asked why? I told him. He said, “oh we can always trade them in again next time, sorry about that…” Do you think the $15.00 Best Buy would have saved had I traded them in was worth it, as I will never by anything from BestBuy again? I could have saved the gas and bought them for the same price at Target in Mt. Pleasant.

  The best place to buy appliances due to price matching and Geek Squad!! First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable! I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.
