  Stopped in to get idea regarding repair of the back glass on my phone, person that checked me in was wonderful and very friendly. I then got passed onto another person who was going to connect with me a technician, this guy was so arrogant and condescending, had the worst attitude. I came in to see some of my options, I usually just order my devices online, first time in a store, asking questions. He proceeded to act like “how dare I ask him things”. I was planing on either getting my devices repaired or purchasing a new one, but after this dudes awful attitude I just left. Stick to just buying online and avoid this store.

  Andrew was so personable! It was such a stress free experience and he was extremely knowledgable and transparent. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

  Horrible customer service! I wouldn’t recommend to come to this store. Some of the people that work here look like they don’t like their job. They aren’t patience at all. I was trying to buy a new iPad and the woman that helps people in Spanish didn’t want to help us at all even though she was assigned to help us and made us switch to another employee because we needed help choosing a new iPad. But 5 starts to the person who did end up helping us. Sadly we had no choice but to visit as this is our only Apple Store option.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store. I waited in the store for hours, and it felt like we kept getting skipped while other people were helped before us. We were left waiting throughout almost the entire day, even though I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM. I still did not get helped until about an hour later, which completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment. After that, I was told my phone repair would be finished by 4:30 PM, but it was not actually ready until 5:15 PM. The whole process was disorganized, disappointing, and a huge waste of time. I expected much better customer service and time management from Apple.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been waiting for over an hour just to complete a simple trade-in and no one has come to help us. Employees are walking around the store, but no one seems interested in assisting customers who have been waiting. There has been zero communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the staff. Waiting an hour for something that should take a few minutes is completely unacceptable. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from a company that claims to prioritize customer service. I would not recommend this location.
