This store, mostly Joseph, has been very difficult since we went in December. My family have been customers of verizon for well over a decade now and we've been treated extremely poorly. Whitney is the only employee that actually helped us at this location and she was a stand-out.
First red flag: upon entering we were ignored. We had to interrupt Joseph playing on his personal device to help us. He ordered the my upgrade for us and told us to return when it was in. We return about two weeks later and Whitney helps us; we discover that the order was placed incorrectly and the quote we received wasn't what she had, with hers being hundreds of dollars more. She sat with customer service and we eventually got it seemingly worked out. That is, until we got a large bill.
We were told to wait until Sunday when Joseph was back as he needed to fix this mistake, having upsold us a larger phone and premium insurance without having told us. We return, only to have to go to the Walmart location to see him. After trying to call with the voicemail saying they're closed, we stop by and see that it is in fact open, and Joseph is there, so my grandmother goes for help. He refuses, stating because he's the only one working he can't call customer service (Whitney did this for us previously.) He also says he can't transfer our data to a new phone and sends my Grandmother out saying he has to help customers... what are we, then?
So he sends us to the Harbison store and the correct phone is ordered, everything fixed. This whole time we were being persuaded by Verizon to just keep the larger phone and premium insurance and we refused. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Just go to the Harbison location.
