Well where do I start been a customer of AT&T for about 15 years and I seen a promotion Verizon was running so it spiked my interest went down and they made me one of them deals that was just to good to be true. So I decided to make the switch they was unable to carry my number over so they said they was going to give me a credit of 200 for each line and pay my last AT&T bill. I thought wow 700$ in credit I won’t have a bill for the next two months boy was I wrong! After the first month my phone got disconnected without any notification then was charged a huge reconnect fees and they said they put my 400 for my phones towards the fees. And now 3 months after signing up still can’t get my last months AT&T bill credit this place is a absolute joke sure wish I would have just stayed where I was at

I came in to turn in my old phone and had questions about the increase on my bill. The lady that helped me was very rude and did not want to help me understand the price increase on my bill. The only useful thing she told me is that this store is in direct Verizon store and that I needed to take my phone to a direct store.
