- JJJustinOct 3, 20251.0I’ll never do business at this store again! The general manager, Ruth Ann Nettles-Way, was incredibly rude and came across as arrogant. When we politely requested to speak with someone else, she refused, insisting that she was the general manager and that we had to deal with her. As a loyal Verizon customer, I believe I should have the option to choose who I deal with as a paying customer. Not only was she rude, but she even threatened to have us removed from the store if we didn’t leave! This is a terrible general manager, and she should be fired! I will stick with REAL Verizon stores from now on.

The customer service is very poor , you will be waiting half a day while the employee instead working just yuping their mouth off and just seems like dragging time. It’s happened to me every time I came in there . I regret going there and being part of Verizon
