I was upgrading to new phone and was not able to do the data transfer due to wi/fi service issues. Eric came through in a big way for me. I thought I had really messed up the new phone. He quickly diagnosed the issues, cleaned up the phone, completed the transfer and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. He really knew his stuff. I am an extremely happy Verizon customer due to his expert technical service.

They were so knowledgeable. I actually added to my bill and it was cheaper. What a great experience! What a great group to pass the time with than these 4.
