    This has to be the best Best Buy I've been in. Usually, you can't get help at all. We had 3 different people offer assistance. Awesome store.

    Worst customer service experience EVER. Paid extra for 1 day delivery and did not receive item. It took me over an hour on chat and by phone to switch it so I could pick up the item. Then it was not available at the customer service desk as promised. I will never shop here again.

    All I can say is thank you Elliot! I went to Best Buy undecided if I wanted to upgrade my phone. Elliot went above and beyond!! He made sure I got all the promotions available and definitely got them all! He explained everything in detail! Glad I upgraded my iPhone and more! Thank you Elliot!

    Never order from Best Buy, particularly if you need your order…. Drove one hour from Savannah to pick up my online order one day after it was placed and got notification it was ready for pick up (1 day into 7 day pick up window). Arrived to find out that Best Buy canceled order. The item had gone off sale and was now $400 more. Spent additional hour on phone with Customer care based in India telling me they were sorry and could only resolve by placing new order at the new price point?!? Couldn’t believe neither store or online could solve the problem they created. Since I bet on Best But to deliver, all similar sales from retailers are also now gone. Robbed me of $400 in addition to wasting my time. On the bright side, glad I never have to deal with BestBuy again.
