Rachel helped us every step of the way, getting us on a plan that worked best for us, transferring our existing numbers to the new plan, and setting us up with 4 new phones. She was very knowledgeable about all of the plan details and extremely patient. The manager even sourced phones for us from other neighboring stores in the area so we could get everything taken care of in the same day. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this location!

Jason assisted us in what we wanted to do , he did it to the best of his knowledge on the matter, at the time. His supervisor- Manager was overseeing it all. My opinion bad training tactics. He put Jason in a bad situation. 3 weeks later I go in at 9am and at 915 Jason and I are across from each other again, I explained the situation and problem and he got directly on it and 30 minutes later I left. I highly recommend that if you go to Verizon at this location ask for Jason. He will hook you up
