- VHVladimir H.Oct 21, 20251.0If i can put 0 and - 10, that would be my rating to them. We went to this location and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible! The very young employee named Brayan was shockingly rude and dismissive. He never bothered to explain when our service would start, and offered no explanation for why we were overcharged after adding a new line. When we raised concerns, he talked over my wife and me repeatedly, like a little child, refused to listen showing complete disrespect!!! He couldn't even offer a simple apology for the issue, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping!!! This level of unprofessionalism and entitlement from gen Z is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they care about how they're treated. Also, management, teach you employees basic customer service skills if they were not taught at home! There was a lady which couldn't help us, but at least she deescalated the situation and said sorry unlike that young little toddler, named Brayan!
