  If I could give 0 stars I would. So I started grad school Thursday and needed printer ink by Wednesday. I go to BestBuy.com and to my surprise they had printer ink on sale. I ordered the size needed for my printer, but the fulfillment center sent the wrong size. Everyone makes mistakes so I’m not upset at this point. So I log into my BestBuy account to see the return options. It asked if the product was opened and I clicked yes (because I didn’t even realize it was the wrong size until I put it in my printer and it didn’t work). After clicked yes it asked what was wrong with the item and I clicked “sent wrong item”. It then gave me the option to return at the store. I go to the store and they refused to do the return because I WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE INK FROM THEM! I mean, why does it even tell you to take it to the store just so that you’ll look like a fool. They tell me that my only option is to return using the shipping label provided in my account. Mind you, I need ink like YESTERDAY and I have no freaking way to print a shipping label because some genius decided to sent me ink to someone else’s printer. I called to see if there was anything else they could do so that I could get my product today and the rep (Carolyn) wouldn’t even let me speak with a supervisor. I’m so irritated right now!

  Helped me with the purchase of a wifi compact printer. Walked me a staff member and he walked me straight to the easiest on for me to hook up to me laptop. Told him I had a HP and was running on Windows and walked me through the hook up. I went home and 123 Done. His instructions were spot on. Thank you Best Buy for hiring the Best. Printed perfectly see below.

  I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for PS5. When getting home, I unwrapped the game and inserted it into the console so began the download process from the disc. However, the disc directs you to the COD site, and instead of being able to download it from the store, it asks for you to pay ($69.99). I already had the recent massive COD patch downloaded and yet, still couldn’t access the game u just paid for. After deleting everything COD related and trying again, spending another day downloading the patch and attempting to download from the disc, I was still unable to find success. Online there are reports of individuals having the same problem, as these have been separated from the COD site. Frustrated, and less then two days after buying the game, I returned to Best Buy to return this defective product. Not that it’s damaged, but that it has a software flaw that’s in the COD system, but I got the game from this brick and mortar store. Guess what? They refused, citing their open game policy. The MOST they would do is give me a replacement item, collecting my contact info, and which the replacement product would likely work exactly the same while selling my contact info to third parties. Because I’d rather not go through the same issues, I simply asked for a refund of the product. A product THIS STORE sold. Again, they refused and one of the workers said I needed to contact the manufacturer. If Best Buy gave me a defective computer or tv, would they also refuse? They’ve placed profit above customer satisfaction and simply cannot do what’s right. Don’t just avoid this store, but Best Buy in general. If they only want your money without giving good customer service, then they don’t deserve your money and do deserve to go out of business. As for the unhelpful workers? Good luck with your pensions when this place fails.
