Very UNPROFESSIONAL! The staff provides false information and takes no accountability for their errors! The management doesn't even have the customer service skills or knowledge to deal with any customer or issue. I calmly presented my issue to the staff and they got defensive after realizing their misleading information was the cause. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS THEY GET AN ENTIRELY NEW STAFF. I will be going to corporate.

Funny how a return policy is made known after it's too late instead of specifying that to a customer before purchase of product. Can't say if it was an honest mistake, or my girlfriend was taken advantage of while trying to buy a surprise gift.... I'm hoping it was just a mistake, but even with that being said, no rectification of the employee's mistake? She's just out the money... be careful folks, something smells funny here. Wish less than one star was an option.

I bought the Nintendo Switch 2 as a Bundle they told me to get Mario Kart World. Only for the Nintendo Switch 2 to already have Mario Kart World already on it. I go to return the game the very next day and they tell me there’s no return on open games. The only thing was the plastic that was ripped, the game wasn’t even used because the game is already in the Nintendo Switch 2. They even told me I could return the game, only for them to lie about that so they can get a sale out of me. They tuned me away they didn’t give me a refund, or store credit, or to at least exchange it for another game. I’m out over $100 for a game that already comes with the Nintendo Switch 2. How am I paying for their employee mistakes and false information? I always shop at this Best Buy I even have a Best Buy credit card. This was the worst experience and I’m about to terminate my credit card and business with them. You really dropped the ball Best Buy, WORST experience ever. DON’T GO TO THIS BEST BUY! This is why they’re going out of business. I rather drive to Greenville even Georgia to their Best Buy, at least they do everything they can to rectify the situation and help. They would have given me a refund especially when the game isn’t even used just the plastic tore. I’m telling you DONT GO TO THIS BEST BUY. This is why they’re going out of business.

On 9/27, somehow, someone was able to access my Best Buy credit card number, and make purchases at this location totaling nearly $1700, within the store itself, based on the receipts. These orders do not even have a pickup name and it’s obvious they were able to lookup the account.
I have the physical card in my possession and I do not even live in Anderson, I live in the Lowcountry. I’m very curious what practices are in place at this location (or at Best Buy in general) when someone purchases high dollar items without having the physical credit card. I have already taken many precautions with my credit reports.
I would love to know who did this, and exactly how they were able to.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I was sold a new iPhone by the dumbest person that I could have ever imagined and they messed up everything possible. They sent me off with my old and new phone, both of which did not connect to cellular. During my visit they were so unbelievably helpless and wasted me HOURS trying to get this resolved.
