Instead, I was greeted by Jeff, who clearly leveled up in Customer Service at some point because this man made switching my family plan from T-Mobile to Verizon feel like I was ordering a latte. Jeff didn’t just help... he masterminded the whole thing. He found us a killer deal, explained every detail like he was narrating a nature documentary (“here we see the rare affordable phone plan in the wild”), and somehow made the whole process way too easy. I’m still not convinced he’s not part magician. Honestly, if everyone had a Jeff, nobody would ever fear switching phone carriers again. I’ll be recommending him to my friends, my family, and probably random people who look stressed out near the phone cases. Five stars. Jeff is the Gandalf of mobile plans—guiding travelers safely through the wireless wilderness.

You can tell she truly cares about helping her customers wants and needs as well as does her best to get the best deals possible and will take her time to help with anything that you need or even have questions about.
