  DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR COMPUTER/LAPTOP HERE FOR REPAIR. My girlfriend brought her laptop here for repair, and not only have I never seen a company disrespect a customer in such high degree, I've also never seen any company have such a lack of knowledge of what was going on internally. They did "repairs" without informing my girlfriend or getting permission for replacement parts (that weren't even needed), and then when she called for an update on what was going on they hung up on her three times with no call back (only after learning they shipped it out to Louisville without telling her). Every single person on the service line had a different story of where the laptop was, and what was done to it. These people are AWFUL AND SCAMMERS.

  I had an appointment with Justin George on Fri 9/20/19 at 7pm. Not only was he not there for our appointment at 7, but he checked out of the store at 6pm. He said he was extremely busy and he could see me at 7pm. When I got there after having major surgery I was so angry! Lucky my husband was with me to control my anger. How and why did this happen. We ended up having to go all the way to Providence Place Mall to the Apple store there, where they ended up giving us a new phone. We will never ever walk into another best buy again!!!!!!!!   Service is slooooow. You sit there and wait for a half hour why'll most of them just walk back and forth. They Gta figure out something to move the service along quicker. Specially if your just dropping something off to get fixed..
