I was super indecisive and Mario provided multiple options to choose from, informing me of the pros and cons of each screen cover specific to my situation and use of device. I know this sounds tacky or corny, but I will be returning to this Verizon location as my primary specifically thanks to your employee Mario. I felt at ease the entire time and I truly believe this man deserves a raise, award, or high five at very least. He is the pinnacle of customer service and stewardship on behalf of Verizon. He was able to get me into a new device when my screen stopped working on my old one. He was competent and was able to troubleshoot a few issues that came with hurdles to jump over but worked well with his team members to solve each problem doing the least amount of financial damage at Christmas time.
