    I came in today looking for a new screen and camera protector for my iPhone air, and I had some questions about new phone cases etc. I had the pleasure of working with Mario, who stands out from the rest right off the bat with his confidence, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of store inventory. I was super indecisive and Mario provided multiple options to choose from, informing me of the pros and cons of each screen cover specific to my situation and use of device. I know this sounds tacky or corny, but I will be returning to this Verizon location as my primary specifically thanks to your employee Mario. I felt at ease the entire time and I truly believe this man deserves a raise, award, or high five at very least. He is the pinnacle of customer service and stewardship on behalf of Verizon. Thanks for your help today !!

    Alexander was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as accommodating and efficient. He was able to get me into a new device when my screen stopped working on my old one. He was competent and was able to troubleshoot a few issues that came with hurdles to jump over but worked well with his team members to solve each problem doing the least amount of financial damage at Christmas time.
