I noticed a man patiently answering a woman’s questions as she had many. And who did I get when he was finished but the same man, Mario. He was beyond wonderful! Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, so professional and extremely knowledgeable. I noticed only switched services but got a new phone and a new Apple Watch! All because of these two men! Even Mike H, the assistant mgr, came over. This store and these men are a great asset to your company..Mario is the best! I’d tell anyone to go to this store! I can’t even begin to say enough great things about this store and these three Verizon employees!!
