    This store never answers the phone which then leads you to another team that has no clue what they are talking about when it comes to what this store has in stock

    Expensive. Greedy. They finance devices for 3 years to lock you in. By the second year, divice is already broken and you're stuck. I switched to T-Mobile.

    When I went in Mike, the mgr, was lovely and returned my old modem. He told me about new promotions and I decided to leave AT&T and switch to Verizon. I noticed a man patiently answering a woman’s questions as she had many. And who did I get when he was finished but the same man, Mario. He was beyond wonderful! Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, so professional and extremely knowledgeable. I noticed only switched services but got a new phone and a new Apple Watch! All because of these two men! Even Mike H, the assistant mgr, came over. This store and these men are a great asset to your company..Mario is the best! I’d tell anyone to go to this store! I can’t even begin to say enough great things about this store and these three Verizon employees!!
