It seemed like the cheapest plan...so I decided to sit through the completely untrained new hire having to call his boss and get walked through how to sell a phone. He also gave misquoted me on the monthly payment....and also never gave me a receipt for purchase. At the time, I was ok with it. I just wanted a month to month phone for my son. About a week ago, I came back to set my son's phone up on autopay from my bank account. The door was locked. Noone was there during their business hours. Today i come back because I know his bill is due today. This time it was a different guy. I sat on the stool as he clicked away on the computer....for a solid 5 min before I said "would you like the phone number that I need to pay on?". He keeps clicking on his PC and says sorry and to give him one more moment...he has to reach out to his boss to walk him through it. Horrible management. Who doesnt train their employees and just leaves them there alone?
