Despite having an appointment via apple they wanted to take my phone until a part arrived (they couldn’t order it without holding my phone they said). So I go without a phone and you have access to all my stuff I don’t think so what a joke. Apple replaced my phone instead of dealing with this joke of a place. Management was just as rude too.

They are not being accommodating at all about rescheduling. They had no problem taking my money immediately before the appointment was even made. I called the appt center after he left and all the info he needed was on the notes for the job. Incompetent.
