My girlfriend brought her laptop here for repair, and not only have I never seen a company disrespect a customer in such high degree, I've also never seen any company have such a lack of knowledge of what was going on internally. They did "repairs" without informing my girlfriend or getting permission for replacement parts (that weren't even needed), and then when she called for an update on what was going on they hung up on her three times with no call back (only after learning they shipped it out to Louisville without telling her). Every single person on the service line had a different story of where the laptop was, and what was done to it. These people are AWFUL AND SCAMMERS.
