My favorite Best Buy in the area. Much larger inventory selection and more working displays than Dartmouth and Seekonk.
I've had lots of interactions at this Best Buy, from making returns, to large purchases, to asking for product advice. All of them have been positive and I really can't say enough good about this location.
The car electronics staff is top-notch and very cool. They never feel pushy and I feel like they've tried to save me from spending more money than I thought. I've had a few car electronics upgrades done including adding subwoofers and dash cams through this Best Buy and the work is high quality and neat. They really do a good job and I feel like my car was in good hands. I always recommend this Best Buy to people I know for simple auto electronics installations.
The scheduling/time estimates are my only complaint. I know things come up, but what was initially estimated to be a couple hours of work ended up taking the whole day. I know now to plan for the work to take longer than projected.
I've also scheduled several large appliance deliveries including TVs and TV stands, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer set for a new apartment. The staff helped me order the appliances as well as all the adapters and coordinate the shipping and installation.
If I had to complain about anything, I'd say that the A/V adapters and lower-end electronics can be prohibitively expensive compared to other vendors like Amazon, and I generally feel like I get a better value on things like this elsewhere.
Overall I feel like the Total Tech membership pays for itself when purchasing large/expensive electronics.

Just wanted to shout out Tyler in the TV section for making my visit easy and seamless and helping me pick out a great TV. As someone who has absolutely no idea what I’m doing inside a Best Buy, it means a lot to have guidance, and to get out of there as quick as possible!

So disappointed with Best Buy Service - I bought a GE fridge in 2019 and it stopped working completely. I called today and I am a BB credit card holder, a Total Tech Member ($179+tax! a year) and have been a loyal customer the earliest they can come is more than 2 weeks (Feb 21) and they wanted me to pay first (before they gave me the date)! I called a local repair company and they can come tomorrow! The agent noted that a fridge is something we must use everyday yet this is the best they can do - AWFUL

We stopped at this Best Buy right before a weekend trip because we urgently needed to replace a cell phone. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.
It was nearly impossible to find an actual Best Buy employee on the floor. The only person we were able to locate was a phone company representative, not a Best Buy associate, and he was very pushy rather than helpful. We just needed assistance getting a phone quickly, but instead spent a lot of time searching for someone who could actually help.
For a store this size, the lack of accessible staff made a stressful situation even worse. Definitely not the experience you’d expect when you need quick, basic assistance.

Got a new headset and ordered online, picked up at the store. Smooth, easy and seamless. The only weir moment was when I first entered the greeter directed me where to go to pick up my order, when I walked past him 5 minutes later he asked the same thing....either I'm very unmemorable or "we" all look alike.
