- CJcatrice jackson1 day ago1.0I went in looking for a part for my dash camera that I bought from them, they told me they don’t sell the parts that I would have to go through the company that made it. I ended up going online to Best Buy.. I know, what I should have done In the first place and was able to order it right through them! It would have been nice to be told that I can get it through them online instead of them not knowing what they’re talking about or them not wanting to help me instead giving me the run around all they had to do was go online to their own website.

Nothing changed in the last 8 years I am seeing this place. Gets worst each time. No attention to customer. Ask for help and wait for hours. No help in the opening any locked shelves. Waited for long time and then went home to order it online. Pointless Visiting this store. Staff have not etiquette nor show any humbleness towards waiting customers. Most arrogant people in this store.

Overall they have dropped the ball on selection, so check the website to see if they have what you need before you bother going. It's a shame since their customer service is uaully top notch, but if they don't have things to pick from, why go?

The process was super easy one of the workers named Sam helped me out, had me pull my car up, and brought the TV right out and loaded it for me. Really helpful staff and a great experience overall!
